Stephanie Barro
Stephanie's passion for floral design blossomed at a young age while working in her family's flower shop. Upon graduation with her love for flowers intact, she headed to Southern California where she joined the design team at a high-end studio – Chris Lindsay Designs (CLD). At CLD, Stephanie spent her time designing weddings and charity events for The Ritz Carlton - Laguna Niguel, The Four Seasons Hotel - Newport Beach and many of the area's other distinguished clientele.

In 1990, Stephanie married her husband Paul and the two returned to Houston where she continued her career working for some of the best local design studios including The Empty Vase, In Bloom Inc. and Blanton-Niday Floral Designs.

Her creativity and unique style have been recognized by industry leaders including being named a "Top Ten Designer" by the CSFA, being awarded "The Houston Cup" by the Allied Florists of Houston and a runner up in The Texas Cup competition.

Stephanie and Paul relocated to Austin 1996 when she founded Bouquets of Austin. What began as a small, home-based business has grown into a bustling design studio working with hundreds of brides and almost all of Austin's top wedding and event venues.

Paul Barro
Paul brings extensive small business management to the Bouquets of Austin team. His career began as a teenager working for family-owned restaurants in Southern California. He spent more than 20 years working in all aspects of a franchised chain—managing individual units, opening new units and acting as a franchisee liaison among many other things.

After moving to Texas, Paul joined a national restaurant chain as a regional manager and later a regional chain in the Austin area. In 1990, Paul and Stephanie opened their own Lamppost Pizza and ran it for 10 successful years.

As Bouquets of Austin began to flourish, Paul left the restaurant business and joined the team. Today he manages the behind-the-scenes business operations (and does the heavy lifting) at Bouquets of Austin.

Becky Diaz
Becky has a life-long love for floral design. During high school she began honing her skills as she spent three years taking classes in floriculture and horticulture by M. "Buddy" Benz, renowned founder of the Benz School of Floral Design.

Throughout college she worked in floral retail and later transitioned into floral wholesale sales where she developed extensive knowledge of buying and selling in the floral industry. During her time in wholesale sales she also freelance designed for several top florists in the Austin area including Bouquets of Austin.

In 2008 Becky joined Bouquets of Austin as a full-time designer. Her keen sense about growers and flower varieties makes her a lovely addition to the team. She has found her passion in meeting with couples and transforming their visions in realty.
