Brazos Hall; Peachy perfection
Spring weddings at Brazos Hall are one of our favorite memories.
It is April 2020. We are currently under “stay at home” orders. This means we are not designing weddings at the moment. We will be -soon, honestly not soon enough. This time allows us to revisit some of our favorite events, always thankful to amazing photographers for capturing every detail.
This spring wedding had all of our favorites, one of our favorite all-time venues- Brazos Hall. It offers a variety of options for ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces.
Our bride selected the city view for the ceremony where we created a gorgeous floral filled arbor. Lush blooms in whites and soft peaches were the tones for the day. The aisle featured large classic arrangements at the entrance, a carpet of petals and a few rows of chairs with simple floral accents. Cocktail hour was upstairs, once again simple Juliette garden roses complemented the tables. The downstairs reception was both classic and elegant. It featured 3 types of centerpieces, tall florals on gold pilsner vases; low, lush florals and tables with gold lanterns with a wreath of blooms. The head table featured lush greenery garland, gold lanterns and complementing blooms.
This rainy afternoon cleared in time for a gorgeous rooftop ceremony- couldn’t put a damper on this Texas-sized party.
