Our fall weather in Central Texas can be tricky! So selecting an outdoor reception almost always includes a tent design. This elegant and chic reception literally twinkled underneath this gorgeous clear tent in the sunken gardens at The Commodore Perry Estate in Austin. After a traditional Catholic church ceremony, the fun moved straight onto the lawn at Commodore Perry.

Elegant Tented Reception at Commodore Perry Estate

Guests arrived in the sunken gardens and were greeted by an elegant tent at this fall reception. The clear tent was filled with luxurious strands of twinkle lights both in the tent and on the boxwood borders. As the evening progressed the couple’s initials were illuminated in the oversized initials in the lawn. Gorgeously draped tables were filled with lush florals in mostly white blooms with soft accents of color. LED candles were utilized from the direction of the fire marshall… yes, we do have to follow local ordinances pertaining to candles, luckily the magic of the candles and twinklelights were stunning! Then, the party progressed into the chapel where a customized acrylic dancefloor created a gorgeous backdrop for the danceparty. After an epic dance party, the evening ended with a cold spark send- off, really is there any other way… in a custom University of Texas get away car!
