Soft tones and elegant design were showcased in this refined fall wedding at The Arlo. Neutral blooms, lush textures, and thoughtful details were captured beautifully throughout the day. From ceremony to reception, each floral moment was curated to complement the modern charm of the venue and the couple’s timeless vision.

Elegant Ceremony in Story Hall

First, a lush floral arbor was built to anchor the ceremony space. Designers layered soft greenery with quickand roses, lush garden roses and mixed foliages. These textures added movement and warmth, perfectly suiting the romantic tone of this neutral fall wedding at The Arlo.

Next, the aisle came to life with grounded floral arrangements. Cream garden roses, hydrangea , and delicate spray roses  lined the walkway. Glass hurricanes filled with flickering candles created a cozy, intimate feel. As guests entered, they immediately felt immersed in the soft elegance of this Meanwhile, floral touches were thoughtfully placed throughout the space—on the cake table, around the bar, and in lounge seating areas. These finishing details kept the design consistent and elevated. Each moment contributed to the refined, romantic atmosphere of this neutral fall wedding at The Arlo.

Reception details

Inside the reception space, a mix of long and round tables filled the room and featured classic white linens and black napkins. Bud vases and low compotes were styled among candlelight, providing warmth and glow. Textural foliage, open roses, and creamy ranuncula were used to add depth to the floral palette.

A greenery installation was suspended over the dance floor, it added movement and visual interest overhead. This moment was designed to draw the eye upward and highlight the natural light-filled architecture of The Arlo’s reception hall.

Meanwhile, floral touches were thoughtfully placed throughout the space—on the cake table, around the bar,  highlighting the ice sculpture and in lounge seating areas. These finishing details kept the design consistent and elevated. Each moment contributed to the refined, romantic atmosphere of this neutral fall wedding at The Arlo.

This fall wedding at The Arlo was brought to life through a calm, neutral palette and intentional floral styling. The result was a sophisticated celebration filled with seasonal elegance and serene beauty.
